HOW TO USE: For an excellent herbal tea, use one filter per cup (200 ml), add boiling water without pouring it directly onto the filter. Leave to infuse for about 3-5 minutes and sweeten to taste. It is recommended to take 1-2 herbal tea filters after meals.
