L-arginine; stabiliser: microcrystalline cellulose; L-taurine, maca dry extract (Lepidium meyenii Walp. - root), zinc gluconate, damiana dry extract (Turnera diffusa Wild. ex Schult. - leaf), suma dry extract (Pfaffia paniculata Kuntze - root), ginseng (Panax ginseng C.A. Mey. - root and leaf) titrated to 12% in ginsenosides, muira puama (Ptychopetalum olacoides Benth. - bark), vitamin E acetate (DL-alpha tocopheryl acetate); anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide and magnesium stearate, vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), vitamin B1 (thiamine hydrochloride).
The recommended dose for adults is 2 capsules per day, or as advised, to be swallowed with a small amount of liquid for repeatable 60-day cycles.
